Breeding
The cattle are crossbred, comprising EU Angus x Angus, EU Angus x Hereford, EU Hereford and Hereford X. The Angus cows are top quality, predominantly one line sourced from Ford Cattle Co's commercial herd at Tea Gardens, NSW, based on Sugarloaf and Te Mania Angus bloodlines. They were joined last year to Angus bulls from Milwillah, Texas, Eaglehawk and Booragul, along with Yagaburne Poll Hereford bulls. All cattle are vendor bred.
Weights
Taken two hours off feed, the steers average 321kg and the heifers average 315kg. Expected weights range from 250kg to 450kg.

The cattle are EU-eligible and grass eligible. All health treatments are up to date, including a second Bovilis MH, IBR and 7-in-1, given on 4 September 2026.
Pricing
Pricing is on-farm, full and less 5 percent. Steers are offered at 630c/kg liveweight and heifers at 580c/kg liveweight.
Location and delivery
The cattle are located in Goondiwindi, QLD and are fit to load. Delivery can be arranged, including at short notice. The vendor has additional cattle available to make up trucks at another property. Availability is from 8 September 2026.
