This line comprises 849 purebred Poll Merino ewes from the August/September 2023 drop. They carry Maramville blood and are offered as part of a larger private sale drafted from the property of the Bro-And Trust, Penong. The ewes are tagged blue (2023) and are classed as breeding stock.
Condition and management
The ewes were June shorn (Maverick) and are mulesed. Lambs were weaned off on 22 December 2025. They are LPA accredited, antibiotic free, and are declared free of lice, footrot and blemishes. All are fit to load and NSM (not sound in mouth status noted as NSM). The mob is run on pasture.
Weights
Vendor advises the 2023 drop weights taken under an 18-hour curfew: 445 head at Block 1 averaged 66.2kg and 404 head at Block 2 averaged 72.2kg.
Location and delivery
The ewes are located at Penong, SA and are available from 22 December 2025. Delivery can be arranged, including at short notice.
